WHAT TO EXPECT AT THEIR FIRST CLASS
ARRIVE & MEET US
Come along a few minutes early. We'll welcome you, introduce your child to their instructor and show them where everything happens.
GET COMFORTABLE
There's no pressure to already know what to do. We'll help them settle in, get their gloves on and explain the basics.
LEARN THE BASICS
Their instructor will introduce simple kickboxing skills step by step, starting with stance, guard and basic techniques.
JOIN THE CLASS
They'll train alongside children of a similar age, taking part at their own pace with the instructor there to guide them.
LEAVE SMILING
The goal of their first class is simple: enjoy it, learn something new and leave feeling proud of what they've achieved.
